Brief

MPAC is the largest assessment jurisdiction in North America, classifying more than 5 million properties in Ontario representing $3 trillion in property value. They offer their services through an online platform called 'MConnect'.

I was hired along with Preet to achieve the following objectives:

• Increase reliance on the platform for searching properties
• Seamlessly integrate a new software / feature
• Establish a design process within MPAC
• Refresh, and standardize the UI across all digital tools
